This plan will mention the time frames of the operations and the roles of individuals associated with it. This plan is gen erally for a short term period i.e. a fiscal year. After all these above mentioned plans are settled, the matter dealing with the performance and investments to generate income from the organizational services and products will get priority. It will also enable it to analyze the external environment and make assumption of the future revenue generation. The last and the most vital thing to be done is the formulation of case statement.
