The changes in the learning styles at the time of clerkships have been reported in this study. The study further examines whether or not the training results in the changes in learning styles are related to the later choice of career in terms of learning styles. The learning style inventory that was implemented in this study was based on Honey and Mumford. The Honey and Mumford learning style inventory has been applied before the commencement of the clerkship and has been continued till the end of it. To generate accurate and idealistic outcomes in terms of education, societies have been trying to develop suitable styles of learning.
